Worship will feature Stories of MORE, followed by a Congregational Meeting in the Fellowship Hall at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will focus on project updates, an opportunity for questions and sharing, and a vote on next steps. Never read the Bible? Curious how different parts connect to the greater narrative and how they relate to our lives today? Join Pastor Tom on Tuesdays September - May at 9:00 a.m. at St. John's as we take a deeper dive into the Bible and the past week's sermon. All are welcome, including those who have not been part of our Tuesday morning Bible study in the past.

Join us for this season's Generations Luncheon & Gathering! We will welcome the story telling and musical entertainment by the "Man in Black" himself! Generations is a welcoming program for seniors and their friends, providing a chance to enjoy a meal in a friendly atmosphere with light entertainment. It offers a relaxed setting for socializing and connecting with others in the community. Please note that we are unable to provide personal care, so we encourage members who need assistance to bring a family member or caregiver with them. If you have any questions or need accessibility information, please reach out to the church office.

Thank you to everyone who helps make Sunday mornings so welcoming by serving as ushers, greeters, communion attendants, and through fellowship. You truly help make St. John’s feel like home for both guests and members. To make serving easier and more sustainable, we’re making a small change to our schedule. Unless you’ve shared otherwise, everyone who is signed up to serve will now be scheduled one Sunday per month. If you’d like to serve more often, or if there are other roles you’d enjoy helping with, please let us know—we’d love to have you! Questions? Join us for Spiritual Health Check, a simple and encouraging workshop designed to help you take an honest look at your relationship with Jesus through three key practices: Worship, Growth, and Service. This isn’t about guilt or pressure - it’s about discovering how you can take the next faithful step into the life Jesus is inviting you to live. Come ready to reflect, be encouraged, and leave with a personal plan to move forward with Jesus.

Nobody makes it alone. In a world where everyone did as they saw fit, God tells the story of Ruth—a love that stays when leaving would be easier, notices the person everyone else steps around, and risks asking for what cannot be demanded. We'll sit with Naomi when she's too empty to hope, watch God provide through ordinary faithfulness, and end where the gospel always ends: with a redeemer who pays everything for the one who has nothing. Join us this fall as we discover the relationships God uses to redeem us and the God at work in every one of them.

High school students — you're invited! Join youth leaders on the first Wednesday of every month for a personalized small group session. We'll bring the pizza, you'll bring your thoughts — and together, we'll dive into meaningful discussions that connect with your everyday life.

Come join us for a Fall Festival with a Bake Sale and Pop-up Pumpkin Patch Party! Bake Sale treats are all homemade by our church members and will be available all morning in the Fellowship Hall. Proceeds will support St. John’s youth ministry. After the 10:00 service, come visit the Pumpkin Patch Party hosted by St. John’s KIDS! The first 50 children will receive a free pumpkin to take home! Stick around and enjoy fall treats, roasting marshmallows, sack races, corn hole games, and more festive fall fun! Celebrate the season with us with fun for the whole family!
