St. John's will be worshiping outdoors WEEKLY at the Babe Mann Park Lakefront Pavilion (900 Proctor Dr, Elkhorn) every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. June 9 through July 28! In addition to worship, there will be extra-innings activities for the kids, weekly iced coffee and treats for the adults, and several special event Sundays. Just bring a lawn chair and your Bible and join us at the park!

Stop by the St. John’s KIDS! area at Outdoor Worship to grab busy boxes and popsicles this summer. Look for KIDS! in the grass, to the right of the park shelter, each week. The Quists and Abby will also lead large group activities following worship to allow families extra time to enjoy fellowship. Extra Innings- where fun and fellowship never end!

On Sunday, June 16 join St. John's for worship out at Babe Mann Park where we will have service at 10:00am followed by root beer floats with popcorn, pretzel bites and your choice of dips to snack on!

Join us on Sunday, June 30, at 10:00 a.m. at Babe Mann Park, as our St. John's Kenya Mission Team returns from their trip ready to share all that God is doing in and through our mission partners in Africa! The team will share an uplifting message, including lots of pictures, followed by a cookout with time to ask questions and enjoy hanging out together. Our team is beyond grateful for the incredible support of our church family and friends (you) who made this trip possible! We hope you can join us so that we can share our experiences and express our gratitude. (Note: We will also be sharing the same message at the indoor service at 8:30 a.m. and online, for those who are not able to make it out to the park.)

On Sunday, July 14 bring your sunglass and chairs out to Babe Mann Park for the 10:00am service, and don't forget to bring your pet! We will be celebrating our furry four legged friends on this Sunday, and blessing them with a prayer and treats.

St. John’s Students will gather on July 14 at 12:30 PM at Steve Quist’s house to grill out for lunch. The students will walk to the Burlington Community Pool to enjoy an afternoon pool party. Admission into the community pool is $10. Families can pick students up at the community pool at 5:00 PM. If students need a ride to this event, please reach out to Steve to make arrangements ahead of time (262)-210-2197. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled later in the summer. Look for an email to be sent to participating families with more detailed information prior to the event.

St. John’s Students invites high school students to enjoy an evening cookout and boat ride on July 23. Students will meet at Ted Johnson’s house at 4:00 PM to grill out for dinner. They will then head out to the lake for a boat ride and fellowship. Students can be picked up at 9 PM. St. John’s KIDS! is bringing tons of fun to the annual church picnic on July 28. Bouncy castles, inflatable water slides, 9 Square, Corn Hole, and Family Olympics! The Olympic Challenges will be accessible for all ages, designed for team play, and sure to leave the whole family laughing in an effort to win gold! Faster, Higher, Stronger, Together

Never been baptized? Or maybe you were baptized long ago and feel led to remember the promises made on that day? We will be celebrating baptisms and affirmations of baptism on Sunday, July 28 as part of the Annual Church Picnic & Worship. St. John’s Students is headed to Six Flags on Tuesday, August 12 for a day filled with adrenaline and laughter! Students will meet at church at 9AM to carpool to the amusement park and return to church at 9PM. Admission into the park is approximately $40 + tax & fees. Students will be responsible for providing/purchasing their own food and drinks. Park policy states that no food or beverages may be brought into the park. Coolers will be brought along, if Students wish to pack a lunch or dinner to eat in the parking lot. Please RSVP to Steve (262)-210-2197 by July 21, if you plan on attending. St. John's will be leading worship at the Walworth County Fair on Sunday, September 1 at 10:00 a.m.! Join us at the Park Stage as we welcome people from throughout the region to worship together at the largest county fair in Wisconsin. Fair admission is required, but please contact our office if you need a free ticket. (There will be no 8:30 a.m. Indoor Worship Service on September 1.)
